The Time & Language settings on all supporting hardware (for example: application servers, database servers and client PCs) must be correct and consistent.

The EBS one workflow service requires port 52615 to be open from the hosting server so that the Central client can connect to the EBS workflow service.

Application server installation requirements:

• .Net 4.8 or greater is required to perform an installation

• Powershell version 4 or greater is required to perform a database upgrade

• Internet Integration Services (IIS) must be enabled for installation of website components, with the following IIS features required:

  • ASP.NET

  • Application Initialization

  • URL Re-write extension
